I phoned this morning obtained a Doctors appointment for the same day . I saw a Doctor who was so kind and attentive . He arranged for tests etc and fully explained what the plan of action was . The receptionist were lovely too and sorted out my next appointment . Excellent thank you

Doctor very informative. Taken necessary steps to provide right medication to control the problem. Bood tests taken. Have return appointment for next Thursday.

My Doctor was very thourough, polite and happy to help. I can recommend him. Help to print out previous reports and was sympathetic to my problem.

Very helpful and reassuring. Understood my concerns and put things in place to review issues quickly. Upon leaving the practice 2 separate appointments were made for follow ups and the receptionist was very helpful

Checked in on the touch screen which was easy to use. Had a couple of queries which the friendly receptionist was able to resolve. Called through on time to clinician’s room. Didn’t feel rushed. Was thorough with questions and gave clear answers knowing what might be causing my symptoms and a treatment plan. Advised to book back for a review in 4 wks.

Majority of the staff there are lovely reception ladies nurses an the doctors, See a lovley young doctor today she listened to me and I felt heard, she gave excellent advice and reassured me

My review is off the service I have gotten from a doctor I’m sadly not able to name in a review over few calls and through some tough times, after some awful issues I’ve had dealing with the practice, I’ve complained so it’s only fair that when a person who explains things thoroughly, asks questions and attempts to make you feel important, I’d like to show appreciation for that to. At the Wilnecote practise to their is one receptionist who is outstanding and has empathy and goes the extra mile, I’d like to name them both but can’t here. But after a plethora of issues, I’m grateful I’ve had a bit of a better experience through them.

Multiple times i have my repeat prescription left unreviewed and have to ring after 4 5 days to be told it will go to the dr, why has it took me to ring for it to go to the dr. Delays often cause people to go without tablets and put unnecessary stress on nhs 111. Surgery has decided its closed today, no warning, other number to contact rings out that even 111 couldn't speak to anyone to help. Never had the same gp or medical practitioner either when i actually get a face to face consultation

Dear Patient, I am sorry to hear you are having issues obtaining your repeat medications. Just to let you know we do take 3 days to process any requests and if are they put in early they are held back till they are due before being sent to the GP but still within their timeframes. We are closed one Tuesday afternoon per month for training and updates (as all surgeries in Tamworth also) but I will look into why the alternative number did not work. If you still feel you have an issue please call and speak with either a prescription clerk or a Manager. Kind regards Operational Manager

I had a telephone appointment to take about my prescription drugs and my conditions, having spoken to the doctor he booked me a same day face to face appointment, at which he was very thorough, polite, helpful and informative. Now booked for further tests, but felt like I was listened too, and the Doctor was understanding of my concerns
