My appointment was on time. And The lady DR was very kind and helpful ,and made sure I was happy with everything .

Visited the GP as it was closer to home for an opinion on an injury sustained at work. Pleasant lady on reception mentioned maybe the peel however went on to say I could see a nurse at 2.10pm. No confirming with anyone it could be dealt with here. Over 2 hours later I came back and seen at 2.27pm. Nurse had no interest at looking at the injury and felt like no care, advised me “I have nothing to dress that here” and go to peel. No basic first aid equipment? Felt fobbed off really and this lady knew it was a burn injury before I stepped into room. So why in the over two hours was I not contacted beforehand to be questioned on my injury and told the appointment is not needed. Quickest appointment of my life. When is a nurse not a nurse?

With regard to my Diabetes, I am being very well look after by all the nursing and clinical staff at HeathView. It is very much appreciated.

The GP was very detailed in his consultation. He considered all of my suggestions and gave me great detail on how the medication would work in the body. He booked a follow up there and then to enable continuity and seemed genuinely concerned and interested in me as an individual. I did not feel rushed during the consultation. I would highly recommend this very professional and very knowledgable GP. It was quite refreshing to have such a positive experiance.

My problems were dealt with precision and compassion. Cannot thank everyone involved enough.The Receptionist was on point and the GP was clear and concise with his diagnosis and prescription. I have no problem recommending this Practice.

Staff were helpful. I was seen by doctor who was very caring and professional asking me questions listening , she told me the results of my tests and explained treatment and any follow up appointment Phone call later that day about medication.

Received a very helpful, informative and friendly consultation. The practitioner helped answer all my questions and concerns. I mentioned a secondary medical concern and I was booked in for a further appointment to discuss further.
