    Rang up for an appointment was 19 in the queue got through in approx 10 mins was seeing the doctor an hour later

    I phoned the surgery 32 times on Monday 10th October at 8am to finally be greeted by a voice message, no appointments available no option of a call back. So I went on line filled in the form, got the message to say I would receive a text or phone call within 2 working days. Today Friday 14th went to the surgery because I had not received either. The receptionist said she had rang my mobile, very strange because I have no missed calls. Any way no appointments available and to phone Monday. I can't go all though that again I'm trying to keep my blood pressure down. I am going to look on line to see if I can get the tablets the hospital prescribed me.

    Tried to talk to H M G to book a flu jab for my daughter. 4hrs on the phone on day 1, 2 hrs l day 2. Still haven't managed to get through. If H M G do not have enough staff to cope then they shouldn't have so many patients. All they are doing is seeing patients off.

    Dear Anonymous, We're sorry to hear this. Please can we ask that you contact us with some further details so that we can look into this matter for you? Using the 'contact us' form on the HMG website, could you please provide us with your name, contact details, and also let us know the dates that you had tried calling, and the telephone number that you called from? We can access our call records then to find out what had happened. In the meantime, there is a dedicated phoneline for booking flu vaccinations, and this is accessed as an option when calling our main telephone number. This will take you through to our Immunisations Team who can then book your daughters appointment. Many thanks, HMG

    Trying to get an appointment is virtually impossible. The new booking system using a form is not helpful. My wife would not be able to use it. Tried to get an urgent appointment but have been told to fill the online form out. Not been able to see a GP in 2 years. Only ever get to see a nurse. The amalgamation of the surgeries has not made for a better service.

    Use of the car park is monitored and subject to a fine: you must enter your car registration into a computer upon entry, which is poorly signed. Please improve the signage and communication to patients checking in at reception.

    I have a medical review licence and DVLA have requested I see my doctor for a medical to check my fitness to drive. I have tried and tried to make appointment but keep being told same nonsense of appointments are full. If I don't get my medical very soon DVLA will revoke my licence which will result in me loosing my job as I need to drive to over 60 farms all over Herefordshire, Shropshire and some in Wales. No licence means I can't work, which means I'd loose my home too all because I can't make appointment it's just ridiculous. I keep being told I have to call everyday or call when I'm next available???? No I make appointment and I will make myself available!!! This has caused me so much stress and I've hardly slept the last 4 weeks due to the worry of not be able to make this appointment. I now have 2 weeks to get a medical and when I called into station medical centre to try book appointment I was told I've still got 2 weeks left, u tried to explain that I need to make appointment but told to ring daily. I'm afraid I'm going to be told to stop driving and loose job just because I can't make appointment. It's not right!!!
