    Received outstanding care today for my daughter. Was seen by a very caring male GP who listened and took my concerns seriously. My daughter became distressed about being examined so we were then given the option to see a female medical practitioner who liaised with the first GP to ensure all issues were addressed and further care offered. So grateful that we had such understanding staff who went over and above to provide much needed medical care today. Thank you.

    Since the merge of most of Herefords practices it’s been horrendous for the people of Hereford to book appointments. I filled out an online form for an appointment in March, after 10 days I finally get an appointment link which I booked for April. They’ve just cancelled and he can’t have one now till mid April. It seems it’s does not matter about children’s health anymore. It’s about 8 weeks in total from filling the form in till the appointment.. if they don’t cancel It again!! Hmg is not working! Separate back to singular surgery’s again.

    I have used the online appointment service twice. I've been really impressed with the quick response and appointments offered. I arrived early for my early morning appointment and I was seen early. Quick and efficient service, thank you. Please may I request that a carpark monitor screen is available on the first floor. Those that may have a wait have to go downstairs to request more time & run the risk of missing their appointment if called whilst downstairs. I hope this supports your service further.

    Once reaching the practice by phone, l had an appointment booked the same day within a couple of hours. On arriving at Station Medical Centre, the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor l saw was also very friendly, empathetic and helpful. The reception staff really were amazing and looked after the people waiting for there appointments. There was one elderly gentleman on hes own in the waiting room, he had already been for he's appointment. A staff member checked on him and gave him the assistance he needed, helping him to he's lift home. I was blown away from the whole experience today.

    Hereford Medical Group the all singing all dancing new medical centre that Hereford so badly didn't need..Merging all the medical centres to become more efficient.. if only this had happened.... its impossible to get a phone appointment... so do we just turn up there and take pot luck... I have given up waiting for a referral from the Queen Elizabeth hospital back to my doctors for a physio appointment... I don't believe it will ever happen... I need to see a doctor today asthma is playing up think I have a chest infection but can't book in... so wish me luck as I take a drive down there n just won't leave till I'm seen

Due to the present national health issues that are being felt across the country, the practice is operating under extreme pressure, so we are asking that patients please bear with us when trying to make appointments - It is imperative that we maintain a safe environment for people visiting the surgery.     I attended for a body xray tje service bu safe was great as I was very anxious about posse health complication following a double organ transplant. Today I received a parking fine at no time when I arrived did I see it clearly displayed I needed to register at reception nor was it mentioned. I have been using health services and never apart from attending hospital had to register my parking at a gps. As if I wasn't worried enough now face a £100 fine or so generous of them only £60 if I pay before 26. Dec. As if I don't have enough to worry about. I am throughly disgusted. Why can't reception staff mention the parking this wS my first visit. Completly upset and disappointed.

    Have been trying to get an appointment now for a month since October 7th. After an ambulance visit, I was told to get an appointment with my Doctor. Have been trying ever since. I have been told again today; "No appointments. Ring back again. Sorry. That is the system" I have kept a record of the time each call takes. Today was £30 mins 51 seconds. This means I must have a minimum 0f 30 mins available to phone every day. The system just doesn't work! I am 90 years old, live on my own, and have no transport. I need to call "Wheels" the charity, to book a lift. The drivers are volunteers and since Covid "Wheels" have fewer able to choose from. This means they may not be able to offer a driver for that day or time and I will then have to go back to phoning the surgery again for another appointment and go through the whole system again! I doubt whether I will live that long! Has anyone got anu sugestions?

    The appointment system is broken and has been since all the practices merged together. It is almost impossible to see a doctor - even when the doctor has told you to make an appointment! You cannot get past the receptionists who tell you to ring back when it is convenient and that they will have appointments available "sometime." The trouble is that you can be waiting to speak to someone for 30 minutes or more each time only to be told to call back again. Many times the phone lines are too busy for you even to get into the queue and when you do get in it there are always 30 plus people ahead of you. They will tell you to use the online form - when you do it tells you to ring for an appointment and you are caught in a vicious circle. I would never recommend them and am thinking of changing to another practice.

    I had been advised during a phone consultation by a doctor, not one of this practice, that I needed to be physically examined. I phoned, and the recorded message told me that I could ask for a ring back or use the nhs app. No option for call back - could make a flu appt. on the app. Dial again - number 7 on the queue - wait and explain I want a appt. Reply hold the line. Receptionist wants details of my condition and I am not happy sharing my problem with a non-medical professional but do. Reply hold the line. Someone else comes on the line - explain again. Reply hold the line. Original receptionist comes back - I will get someone to ring you. Register that I am concerned that I have been told by a doctor what to do and am not being allowed an appointment. 40 minutes on the phone no appointment. About 3 hours later I have a phone call. The caller says I am phoning to make me an appointment. Great! Then told all today's appointment slots are filled so that I will have to phone tomorrow. What fun - now back in the lottery to try and get the phone answered and get an appointment if there is one free. If I need an appointment, why can't you make one? Talking to acquaintance's, at least 3 others have had a similar experience - being told that there are no appointments available and to call back again. Not making appointments in this way is just unacceptable. If someone has jumped through all the hoops necessary for you to make a decision that they should have a face to face appointment, then you should make one. Postponing doing so just means more people trying to get an answer to their phone call the next day with consequent increased delays and will drive more people to the hospital where they know that eventually someone will treat them
