Went in for my Flu jab was straight in and out no waiting at all very well organised was very polite both the nurse and receptionist couldn’t make any complaints there providing us with a valued service

The booking of a slot for my flu jab was very easy as was the checking in on the day. Very helpful and friendly reception and medical staff. Thank you for looking after us so well.

I went for my Flu and covid jabs a couple of weeks ago. Very good organistion. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

The doctor called me at the correct time and assured me about my blood pressure and advised me to have a blood test. He also put an order in for my new prescription along with my repeat prescriptions. He was extremely helpful and reassuring.

Brilliant well run, organised and friendly team. The lady at reception was polite and helpful. When in the queue the patients were in good spirits. After a five minute queue, the young lady directing patients was lovely and finally the two ladies within the surgery, one on computer and the other injecting were a credit to the practice- thank you, keep up the good work- many thanks Andy Vaughan.

I am a huge fan of the doctrin platform - it works well for me around children/work commitments. I always receive a prompt response. Today the clinician assessed that I needed to be seen face to face. I was seen by both a nurse practitioner and a GP, I had a thorough assessment and given appropriate advice and treatment. The whole process was streamlined and efficient! I appreciate how much pressure your staff are under but all were kind, polite and understanding! Thank you so much!

At about 9.30am on a Monday morning I booked a telephone consultation for 2.30pm that day using the app. I was very pleased to get one knowing how busy Mondays usually are. My phone then rang less than 5 minutes later as the GP concerned had a gap in her timetable. My problem was quickly dealt with and I was able to collect my prescription within an hour. I have always found the service from Hereward Practice to be first class but this time even exceeded expectations. Thank you.
