A text was sent out during the morning offering a walk-in influenza vaccination. Having turned up at the surgery, the process was quick and efficient and I was out in no time.

I’ve had to resort to getting my partner to go to the surgery and queue as I can never get an appointment when I phone - my neighbour has the same issue - but when I do get an appointment the doctor is very helpful. It would be so much easier if they reinstated online booking. They have been very efficient with the Covid vaccinations and did the flu one at the same time today, avoiding the need for another trip and time away from work.

I had Covid booster yesterday (22/9) and flu jab today. Both were very well organised and quick. Very happy with service. Both for over 50s

Rude uncaring receptionist. Can't pre book an appointment over the phone , can only book a telephone consultation on the day between 8-9am. Phones don't get answered = no appointment. If you work you can't phone at the required time and come into an see a doctor on the same day, so no way of getting an appointment. Receptionist are rude and not interested and just want to get you off the phone saying it is the Doctors policy.
