Senior citizens and others needing the annual influenza and covid-19 inoculations attended the Hightown Surgery on Saturday,14th October 2023, and were treated to the most efficient way imaginable for managing the entire process of the event from arrival to departure by an army of dedicated doctors and nurses, whereby two receptionists checked the arriving patients, who were then asked to join the smallest of queues, before being hailed into one of the ample number of consultation rooms available, where two proficient and friendly members of the team inoculated and recorded,and so finally ushered them politely and rapidly out of the building. It was all over so quickly!

My wife and I went for our flu and covid vaccine jabs and we were in before our appointment time, very organised and very pleasant staff. All done and home early. Great service as usual.

Very organised system for contacting patients regarding routine appointments. The staff are professional and are empathetic when dealing with patients. Appointments are timely.

This was a well organized and executed experience. Joint booking for husband and wife was straight forward. Car park welcome and direction was good and clear, with an offer to have the injections in the car park if we could not manage the walk to the inside. Once inside we were quickly identified at reception and after a very short wait directed to rooms where both injections were carried out. We were back out into the carpark 5 minutes after our appointed time, having received an efficient and vey friendly service.

Arrived at 08-40. No space in carpark. Had to park on yellow lines. I Got a parking ticket so be warned. On entering the waiting room it was empty. Who is using the parking? This is the only thing that let's the surgery down.

I recently attended a vaccine clinic where I was receiving both my covid booster and flu vaccine, it was well organised and both my husband and I were in and out within 5 minutes, staff were caring and attentive, thank you.
