My COVID Booster was booked for 11:50, I turned up 10 minutes early, was able to park in the car-park without any problems. I was checked in and directed to the vaccination room. the whole process took less than 5 minutes to complete (a mask is mandatory) Extremely impressed with both service and friendly staff. A service second to none.

My wife and I attended Hightown surgery for Covid booster and flu jabs on 22/10 and the efficiency at the surgery could not have been any smoother. We were both in and out five minutes before our due time thanks to the efficient planning of the practice. Ten out of ten to all staff at Hightown.

As usual, a very professional, efficient and friendly service. I have found Hightown staff do all they can to be helpful. They have always followed up without the need to chase them. Highly recommended.

As usual very quick, helpful volunteers guiding our way, a quick stop for name and date of birth, and 2 minutes later both shots were administered.

My Wife & I called in for our covid booster & flu Jab. The whole experience was well organised & 100% efficient. Throughout the pandemic Hightown Surgery has never failed to keep us informed by phone with regard to arranging appointments & keeping us up to date with the rollout progress. We never needed to contact them they did it all for us, brilliant.

Self and wife for flu and covid booster injections on Saturday 1 October. Excellent organisation and patient direction by al; staff and volunteer helpers. We have been Hightown patients for many years and always have had its superb treatment and service. Thank you,

Attended as requested for both Covid Booster and Flu injections at the same time. All staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. I was in and out within a few minutes. Thank you all.

Had my flu and covid jab yesterday at Hightown surgery. At first my heart sank a big queue! but shouldn't have worried was the quickest and most efficient I have experienced, extremely well organised, lovely smiley vaccinators, very impressive guys!
