Had my Covid booster&flu jab same time,very well organised ,did not take a long at all ,queued up to take in turns mask wearing as well and 2 metre rule still in place

Staff are efficient and appointments are normally available. Doctors are sympathetic and pleasant to deal with.

Flu/covid vaccinations. Extremely well organised,no waiting and friendly, helpful staff. this has been my experience at all vaccination visits. I am fortunate to have limited experience in otherwise using surgery, but have always found all the staff pleasant and helpful.

I would like to thank everyone at Hightown Surgery who were involved in the vaccine roll out on Saturday 22nd October. It was so smooth and very efficient. In and out with no hold ups at all. Thanks again.

A very good set-up, delivering Covid booster and flu jab quickly and efficiently. Friendly staff and volunteers. In and out in about 3 minutes. Excellent.

Having been a member for many many years I have always found that Hightown Surgery puts the patient first. The efficiency shown today with hundreds of patients having the Covid jab and their flu jab at the same time was incredibly fast, efficient and comforting No complaints at all about the surgery
