I was on the phone for 2 days trying to get an appointment. They said they would call back they didn't and I could not book an appointment for the next day. On the third day I waited outside the surgery for it to open. I was second in the queue the person Infront of me had a choice of face to face appointments and chose one. When I spoke to the receptionist she told me there was no appointments. I said how is this possible I'm the second person on the queue and you can't book in advance anymore. She didn't reply to that and just offered me a phonecall appointment. Absolutely rubbish.

We are currently experiencing increased demand on our services and only have a limited number of appointments available. Unfortunately we are not able to offer above this limited demand as we must ensure patient safety. Called surgery at 12 pm spoke to a lovely receptionist, (sorry didn’t get your name)no routine appointments were available . Receptionist asked for my symptoms, I explained I had been really poorly for 3 days, she advised I will get a call back this afternoon. Within 10 minutes the receptionist called back to say GP wanted to see me straight away. I got to the surgery within 10 minutes. Was seen by the gp along side the lovely receptionist who chaperoned . Thank you so much for all your help. Both the receptionist that were on the desk at midday today are outstanding, always kind and friendly Thank you for showing you care you are amazing:)

I phone for a appointment in the morning Doctor phoned me with 3 hours had my prescription with in 24 hours

This practice is the best. The staff is attentive and professional. The doctors are helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it. I have always had a positive experience when I needed assistance.

I like that when you call the surgery at 8am you get the choice between staying on hold or receiving a callback based on your position in the queue. I remained in the queue and there were only 8 people ahead of me so I got through within ten minutes. The receptionist was very efficient and I received my call back from a clinician within 2 hours. Very pleased with the service.

The team are very supportive to me as I am supporting a very vulnerable patient. I live 200 miles away and rely heavily on phone contact. We find solutions to the issues. Thank you

Receptionist polite & helpful - Doctors are good - had a choice of a telephone call back or to be seen face to face , which is excellent. I feel like this GP surgery will always help and not let you suffer- Nurses are great too..
