I have been seen by a nurse who was very good and took her time and not rushed me. The doctor then saw me and said my blood pressure was a bit high and I might have a virus.

Why make patients wait for over an hour to tell them nothing is available. Just terminate the call and stop wasting time for both. If you have requested the patient to call, why can't it be arranged. A follow up should be booked in after test results, not the patient chasing for time!

Friendly nurse put me at ease. She answered any questions I asked and explained what the appointment was and what it was for. She explained I would I would be contacted if there was a concern of any sort. She took my blood pressure and weighed me. She also took my bloods which she with ease. Often it takes two or three attempts.

Was seen on time, doctor was pleasant and polite , at times though telephone communication is very long winded and time consuming, would like to see this improved.

I wanted to discuss my current struggles with my mental health, and I feel like they took no consideration to the seriousness. Was given two number and told to call them (which I already had). Makes me unwilling to get help and contact them in the future as there was no outcome/change.

The service provided by all the staff at the surgery was very fast and efficient. The telephone lines were busy but the receptionist booked me a telephone call with the GP. The GP called me not long after this and arranged a face to face appointment the same day after my consultation the doctor listened to my problems and done me a referral and provided me with a prescription. I felt comfortable and listened too

I’m amazed that while the surgery serves a large area and has a list of medical staff there are rarely any appointments no more face to face and definitely no connection between doctors and patients shocking

I appreciate the GP professional attention and expertise. The appointment was timely and precise. We were done within minutes and he assured me that a further action or referral will be given to my son who has a knee injury. He assured us a physiotherapist will see him soon to assess the knee injury and take it up from there
