I had trouble lifting my left arm, gp examined me was very knowledgeable regarding my situation gave medication put in a referral which I will now wait to hear back from, overall good experience from hillcrest surgery as always.

The staff on reception need training. Nothing but stress when dealing with this GP. I would not reccommend this practice

After 324 calls from 7:30 this month I resorted to 111, with in 3 mins I was speaking to the operator and with in the hr I had a telephone consultation from the gp, not sure if the receptionist didn’t turn up for work but could not get though what’s so ever, on the odd occasion I needed the gp prior it has been the same case often days to get through The airmed app doesn’t allow to book appointments either only basic prescriptions If I could I would leave the practice for an alternative one

We are currently experiencing increased demand on our telephone lines and our patient services team has been working very hard to answer calls under the additional pressure. I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to the staff at Hillcrest Surgery. They are so helpful and will always go the extra mile to ensure their patients get the best possible experience when contacting or just asking for help. They are approachable, polite and generally happy to help. To all the receptionists, doctors and nurses thank you for taking time to help your patients in a professional and helpful manner
