I was worried when my blood pressure readings were high and contacted the surgery first thing on Monday morning. The receptionist took my concerns to the doctor on call and told me that my medication would be prescribed in 15 minutes. Later on that same day the surgery pharmacist called me to ask me a couple of questions and also reassured me that I should take what the doctor had prescribed. My medication was delivered by my dispensing pharmacist on the same day. The surgery has always been very good with my repeat prescriptions but I felt that this was better than 'very good', so I've given them an excellent!

Friendly staff and very helpful, diving advice online, over the phone and in person. Nurses, administrators and doctors are all have great attitude and welcoming people.

Ive been with this practice for years they have been very attentive and good to me their appt system is brilliant the staff are fantastic too the surgery and waiting room is very clean too.

I was having problem with one of the prescriptions that I regularly use but my pharmacy gave another one . When I enquired & spoke to our GP practice people at the reception we’re very helpful ‘ sgreed to f see peak to the clinician who later rang and agreed to speak to her pharmacy to sort the query. Thus us not just one off but every time we contact our practice the problem is reduced as they are all helpful from reception staff to the doctors clinician and nurses and pharmacist there.

It took me 3 calls, 2 of them could not solve the problem and the third, after awaiting 18 minutes to be connected to a person I managed to order the prescriptions and to be invited for a blood test which according to the clinician should have happened 5 months ago. To clarify, 6 months ago I was told my blood test results were unsatisfactory, that my case would be reviewed in a month time but it took extra 5 months for the clinician to realise I should have been invited back to the GP for further checks. That should definitely improve, both medical treatments and to cut the awaiting time on the phone shorter. Calling 8am to 10am only, is also inconvenient for people that has to work.

Good practice, very friendly staff and points to the right direction with correct suggestions and required results. Might need to follow up sometimes to get the further actions on the problem we go with else the responses are prompt and friendly

My full family is registered to this GP. So far visited for many reasons and experiences were really good. The doctor, nurse, receptionist all are very kind to listen the problems and treat in right way.
