Good practice and attentive staff. They frequently ask for feedback via surveys. Id appreciate if the repeat prescription time was extended to all day and perhaps for mornings into Saturday. The current limit of weekdays and only between 8-10 is feels like limited option. Otherwise all good so far

Many thanks for your feedback - we do often ask for feedback through surveys as it's so valuable to us to hear what our patients think so we can improve our services. Did you know that you can request your prescription online through your online account? That can be done any time of the day, so you may find it more convenient. Prescriptions may take 2 working days to come through if you request online. Phoning between 8-10 will be quicker as a clinician approves the request there and then. I requested a doctor appointment. But they called me on phone and gave prescription. It is very bad service that a patient cannot see the doctor directly and discuss about the situation. Last 2 years. I have very bad experience from NHS.

The woman who I saw today regarding my boil issue was wonderful, she was welcoming and reassuring and very thorough in her work, she gave me antibiotics and reassured me that I'd be able to resolve another medical issue that I was recently diagnosed with, such a sweet woman and I'm so grateful for her kindness

Very polite staff and helpful. Medical advice available online and face to face managed to be seen on book an appointment within two days as it wasn’t an urgent case.

Prompt service .. Appointment’s are booked early most of the times . Just that the doctor changes frequently, hence no assurity that you will meet the same gp during follow up . Hence the case history needs to be repeated with every gp .

I ordered regular prescription for myself this morning. and I got an sms to say it is ready and has been sent to the pharmacy.this is not the first time it has happened . The staff there are very efficient & friendly. Every time when I need advice or need to speak to anyone there is always courteous & friendly response. I have been with them for s very long time and cannot remember ever when I had been unhappy or not satisfied. I always recommend my friends in our area to join the practice.
