I have had ongoing care over the last few month, the reception staff and clinicians were all friendly and professional, I have been very well looked after and referred promptly, thank you

My consultation with the GP was very thorough and conducted in a friendly but professional manner. My only issue with the surgery is that, from the time I asked for an appointment until the date of my (first available) appointment, 1 full month had passed.

Very pleased with all staff and nurses/doctors at this surgery always keen to suit your needs/wishes and always very polite and professional. .

The staff are very polite and helpful that's including doctors and nurses they all go above and beyond thankyou so much for everything you me and the wife

Staff were friendly and had an excellent GP consultation to discuss an issue and Gp provided a lot of support and empathy to my condition

Felt valued and cared for and was able to receive 2 face to face appointments plus follow up call. All of which helped recovery

Once I was through to a doctor and in the system i could not have wished for better service. Getting through is a big issue. Booking of appointments needs to better.

I feel that the type of service, at this GP Surgery, is second to none. They listen, they care, they make you feel like a human being. My doctor will even do drawings so that we are on the same page. I have been a service user for 20 years at this practice and I just can't imagine me going anywhere else.

My visit yesterday to Hobs Moat Medical Centre was really lovely. The desk staff smiled, were very helpful, polite and informative. I was seen on time by the doctor who gave me plenty of opportunity to explain my reason for being there. He was so kind, gave me all his attention plus explained my options, what could be done, what might be the cause, as well as listening and making me feel comfortable. Always talking to me, not at me as happens in many places, and always with a smile. And most important of all he made me feel I really mattered. Thank you.

I attended my gp appointment after waiting 6 weeks for a specific doctor. Lovely doctor, caring and understanding. My knee pain has been continuous for 11 weeks. It was suggested by my gp on the day that I attend a private clinic for a mri scan on my knee. By Friday, four days after my gp appointment I had not heard anything from the clinic, so I emailed the clinic to ask for an appointment date as they request that you do not call them. Only to be informed that no referral request had been received. Called surgery who confirmed that the referral had been sent!!! A message was sent to the administrator to resend the referral but this would not be done until Monday. All I can say this is almost a week wasted.
