I have recently suffered with a number of ailments, including shortness of breath, and inflammation of the toe. My general practitioner has been extremely supportive and helped me get past my ailments.

I have seen one doctor for the last 18 months or so, he was caring, understanding and dedicated to helping with my rehabilitation after suffering a back injury, anxiety and struggling with perimenopause symptoms. Nr is a real asset to the Hobs Moat team in addition to this the reception staff are mainly very approachable all bar 1 or 2 but they are doing their job which is hard.

Went to the Doctors really feeling lost and confused ...but the Dr reassured me that he had my best interests at heart and that he's moving quickly to get me seen to at the hospital ..He's confidence reassured me that the this is the best way forward for me and I'm glad that i have got a practice like this..extremely fortunate.

I have just had a consultation with a senior practice Dr I am very satisfied with the way the Dr explained everything thing of my medical condition, he was very reassuring and explained everything in plain language. I came out feeling reassured.

My son was extremely poorly, the practice saw him promptly and the Doctor who attended to us was wonderful, explaining things well to me and in an age appropriate way to my son.

Took 40mins to get through which is really annoying sitting on the phone waiting the phone line’s definitely need improvement before covid this was never the case. Fortunately I got to speak to a dr who sorted my problem straight away which was the only bonus thankfully Please get the way we can get intouch quicker

Thank you Debbie for taking the time to feedback - The telephone system is being worked on currently - I have new staff starting and this will bring my levels up to full - its been unfortunate that in the middle of holiday session we have also had a number of staff go off with Covid. Later this year I hope to offer call backs for people who are unable to sit in a que. All appointments are now offered as Face to FAce or Telephone to suit the patient- Practice Manager

Drs,Good Receptionists Good, Nurses good. Could be a little easier to see the same Doctor for follow up treatment. Telephoning the practice is most times very protracted but in all the service is very good.

I have been a patient of this surgery for many years and would not want to go anywhere else . I have always been able to get an appointment and receive the best possible care This year especially I have had a lot of ill health and have been treated with the utmost professionalism and care . I feel very reassured that I am looked after by a doctor who always has time to explain things to me , treats me with patience and I have every faith that I am receiving the best possible care

rang at 8.30, waited 15 min on line got appointment for that morning, GP was on time, professional and friendly, my only minus was the 10 min wait for the receptionist (who was very professional) to book me in, she was extremely busy on her own and the electronic check in system wasn’t working so there were 6 ppl waiting to be booked in but overall a very good experience

I would like to say a big thank you to my GP who treated me last month and the Receptionists, for the excellent service and treatment I and my family continue to receive. I would recommend family and friends to join this practice. I must say that my current GP and the Receptionists are the most friendly and helpful GP and Receptionists I have ever come across. Excellent service from a Great Practice. I would definitely recommend this Practice to everyone.
