Reception staff are patient, caring, understanding and supportive. I have only seen one GP, as I am fairly new to this practice, but she took the time to put me at my ease, she didn't make me feel rushed and listened and understood my concerns and showed great empathy. The NHS at it's very best. Thank you to all at The Hollies Medical Centre.

Hi everyone I just wanted to come on because I know that hollies medical centre gets alot of flack. So heres a positive story. A few weeks ago I had a psychotic episode which I don't remember much of but I was hiding by the fire exit thinking a man had come to get me just another patient. Wanted to lock the doors, stood in the corner etc. But the way staff treated me with respect and dignity and afterwards now I'm well again with no judgement. I just want to thank them Having a doctors you've been with for 10+ years is amazing but having the staff on reception and the office too makes a difference. They are all aware of my history and medical background. They dint get upset if I get arsey sometimes when I'm unwell I just think they and everyone deserve some kindness. They are trying their best like everyone else

My mind was made at ease by a receptionist regarding a prescription l needed quickly. This was my fault not realising I would run out of my medication over the coming weekend. As l order online l was concerned it would not be filled in time. Her information and advice helped me greatly. Thank you. Christine Crawley
