    Practice Nurse was very friendly, kind and efficient - thank you. She removed my stitches after a hand operation; they were difficult to remove and she was very supportive and gentle.

    We saw one of the amazing nurses for my son’s annual asthma review and we were greeted as usual by her warm and friendly manner, which instantly put my son at ease. She asked my 14 year old son lots of questions related to his asthma in a calm and positive way, giving clear explanations, checking my son’s understanding of what had been said. She demonstrated how to use the Peak Flow device, before giving my son a separate device to use. She was positive and encouraging and carefully assessed the readings before sharing the asthma plan and advice for the next year. We are so lucky to have such an attentive, caring, professional and supportive nurse at the Hollies! Thank you as always for everything that you do. You’re all amazing!

    This was the worse health care experience I have ever had, normally this is an exceptional practice with experienced, knowledgeable and caring staff, couldn’t recommend them enough. But not this time, some clear learning to be had and a badly managed experience from start to finish

    I went for a Vaccine and the nurse was so kind, respectful and helpful that it made my visit great. I've never been to The Hollies and had a bad visit. Well done everyone.

    I took my elderly mum to see a doctor that was running late , we got in told him my mums problem, he checked her out then yes no problem with a referral, then I was asking him about another problem that maybe could shed some light on , then it was oh I'm running late can you make another appointment for your other concern, ok we got up he seemed very disinterested about mum , then about an hour later got a message, oh we can't refer her and no medication for her either like wow , thanks for your time and effort, it's not like she goes up often only when I can take her , really disappointed

    My wife attended the surgery on the 10th March with symptoms that were possibly a stroke but it could have been migraine. Such care and attention was paid to my wife, really thorough. A referral was made to the Hallamshire where she is now being attended to after a stroke. This could easily have been missed. Superb support from the receptionist who took the call for an appointment and the superb care from the trainee GP Forever grateful John B
