This was the worse health care experience I have ever had, normally this is an exceptional practice with experienced, knowledgeable and caring staff, couldn’t recommend them enough. But not this time, some clear learning to be had and a badly managed experience from start to finish

I went for a Vaccine and the nurse was so kind, respectful and helpful that it made my visit great. I've never been to The Hollies and had a bad visit. Well done everyone.

I took my elderly mum to see a doctor that was running late , we got in told him my mums problem, he checked her out then yes no problem with a referral, then I was asking him about another problem that maybe could shed some light on , then it was oh I'm running late can you make another appointment for your other concern, ok we got up he seemed very disinterested about mum , then about an hour later got a message, oh we can't refer her and no medication for her either like wow , thanks for your time and effort, it's not like she goes up often only when I can take her , really disappointed

My wife attended the surgery on the 10th March with symptoms that were possibly a stroke but it could have been migraine. Such care and attention was paid to my wife, really thorough. A referral was made to the Hallamshire where she is now being attended to after a stroke. This could easily have been missed. Superb support from the receptionist who took the call for an appointment and the superb care from the trainee GP Forever grateful John B

I can’t recommend my doctor at this GP practice highly enough. As an autistic person with complex mental and physical health challenges, finding a knowledgeable and patient doctor has been life-changing. He truly cares, listens, reads between the lines, and his compassionate care has motivated me to take better care of myself. Thanks to him and his team at Hollies, I’m finally making positive progress and am endlessly grateful for his support. The office staff are equally fantastic—respectful, helpful, and their easy to navigate online system makes ordering repeat prescriptions and booking appointments a breeze. I also really appreciate the reminder text messages for appointments, which help me stay on track. This practice is a gem!

I have been amazed at how great the GPs and practice nurses have been with me during ongoing treatment/dressing for an abscess postpartum. They have seen me at short notice and provided great ongoing care when the hospital have not had capacity to do so. The service I’ve received has been empathetic, efficient and thorough. Above all, the staff here are so kind.

The appointment was responsive and efficient and the doctor and nurse kind and considerate. I did find the reception staff a little brisk that would be the only slight area for improvement. Thank you.

Without heart meds for 9 days. NHS app- use of text reminders by surgery- pharmacy misinformation- all played their part. In the race for efficiency/saving £ or just understaffed, patient 0 - managerial tick sheet 100%. Put communication at the heart of these processes -
