Yesterday I had an appointment with the doctor. Everything went well. The doctor is very competent and attentive. I was satisfied with my visit.

The process of logging in was straightforward. The GP was pleasant and helpful. Explaining everything well. Suggested additional support for me. Would recommend Unfortunately can’t say the same for the pharmacy who were inefficient and slow

Delighted to get both Flu and Covid jabs in one go at the surgery this autumn. Well organised as usual but seemed to be a bit busier than on previous occasions. We were queuing outside for a while so it helped it was a lovely sunny day. Might have been worse if cold and wet. Also noticed some frail or people with some mobility problems having problems with negotiating the stairs. Maybe there should be a way to keep more of these people on the ground floor. But overall a positive experience. I love meeting up with local people in the queue and having a chat and also meeting the lovely volunteers. I did think that it would have been a wonderful opportunity to make more of the marketing and health promotional opportunities this event provides. Maybe stalls in the area near the pharmacy?

I contacted the practice via the internet, had an appointment and was seen within 40 minutes of making a request. Extremely thorough examination by a P A and medication prescribed. I know services are under strain but this practice offers a first class service despite those problems. Thank you

Booked in for my rsv inoculation. No waiting, seen on time, extremely pleasant and efficient nurse. Altogether an exemplar of efficient service

The e consult system is really good. The doctors and nurses, and reception staff, have always been prompt and kind. My son had his nasal flu spray and the nurse was very calm and kind with him.
