I spoke to the Pharmasist at the surgery today and she was absolutely fantastic and supportive she went out of her way to reasure and help me. This is the same fir the Doctors nurses and office receptionists at this surgery they really do go out of their way to help. Highly recommended this surgery.

Attended for asthma review, inhaler technique not checked despite taking inhalers, peak flow not checked nor discussed, assumed asthma trigger was sport related due to wearing football kit, no action plan discussed or given, on very high dose ICS inhaler and had to ask for lower dose to step down. Overall feel like this was just a tick box exercise to gain GP payment for attending review. on a plus side the nurse was nice

The Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists have been terrific. They have gone above and beyond in helping me. I cannot fault them. They really do care and support you.

All staff are so friendly. Always listen and give great support. Highly recommend this surgery. You can always get to see a GP the same day in an emergency

All the receptionist and doctors have always treated me with courtesy and respect and have all always been polite and patient with me they always happy to help and always have my prescriptions ready when requested

Excellent service start to finish, receptionist very helpful, saw the practice nurse for injections who was excellent

I had an appointment with a female doctor today and she was so thorough and reassuring. Finally, a Doctor Who is going to do something about my problem that’s gone on over the past four years. Had lots of time to listen to me and never felt rushed. Good experience!

The doctor I saw was amazing. She took time to talk to me about my health and what had happened previously. She made you feel at ease when talking to her instead of feeling rushed. The doctor is the best doctor I have seen in a long time wish more doctors were like her

I always feel at ease when seeing the Dr, who listens to me and doesn't push me, I feel very confident with what he says and suggests. More than happy with this practice. Also the reception staff are very polite and friendly.
