My experience of this surgery goes back for many years and I have to say during the difficult covid times when I have needed to see a doctor or seek advice this surgery has been fantastic. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. Saw the Doctor who listened to my issues and gave clear guidance for my next steps. Saw the practice nurse for Bloods and ECG who was excellent.

Normally when I go there isn't a nice atmosphere, but this time was different. Staff seemed happy, seemed to be enjoying their work, which made my experience more pleasant, if going to the doctors can ever be pleasant. Staff made the experience less stressful, I saw a nurse who I hadn't seen there before and she listened to me and genuinely seemed to care and took the time to offer advice. Normally, you're rushed in and out. I don't know what's happened but it's great to see Staff enjoying their work and I hope my next visit is as memorable for all the right reasons

Five stars for this surgery through and through. Never had a problem making an appointment.. re-assurance always given by the lovely reception staff. Only problem I have had with a couple of locum doctors who do not know my mental health and past medical history and have not understood me at that time , other than that hats off to my main doctors and staff for doing such a good service for patients.keep up the great work!!

Have been dealing with the practice over the past three months and found the staff , nurses and doctors helpful and supportive. I did not have to wait long to see someone. Professional and approachable.

As always great service. Called in to discuss a health issue. GP called soon after. Listened as always. Agreed a plan and relevant medication prescribed. All staff from receptionist,nurses and doctors clearly care about their patients. Highly recommend this surgery.

I recently had to deal with a bereavement and this practice and all its staff dealt with all promptly and professionally, it felt like a very personal service and like I was dealing with family. Thank you to everyone at Hollins Grove surgery.
