    I filled in the online form for an appointment which took me about 3/4 hr. I got a reply to supply photographs but could only submit one . Then asked for more photographs but can only supply one at a time. I then got a text telling me I needed an appointment ( for which I wouldn’t be filling the form in otherwise!!!!!) Eventually got to see a doctor after 4 weeks wait only to be told they can’t do anything on nhs but could go private to remove facial warts. No offer of any creams or remedies to improve the appearance of them. When I arrived for my appointment the surgery was practically empty with one person waiting to see the same doctor 12 mins prior to me. The doctor finally arrived 10 mins after his 1st appointment time making him late already. I also asked at reception for access to my medical records that I submitted a form for 18 months previously to be told that there was no record of my application. She did say that I could access them through the nhs app but only recent issues are accessible. This practice has really gone down in my estimation since modality took over. It’s no wonder people are going to A and E because it’s really difficult to get an appointment and then can’t get the proper treatment from your GP. It’s a total disgrace.

    Submitted online request explaining in pain due to earache have not heard a thing got a receipt email no phone call no texts or anything still in pain 3 days later

    I want to say a huge thank you to Holicroft surgery and the GPs for the wonderful treatment I have received from you recently. Prompt reply from online application, followed by tests and procedures all within 10 days. Couldn’t ask for more and I am very grateful for this first class service. Thank you to everyone concerned. Good to know I was in safe hands. Thank you again, to our wonderful NHS.

    My husband has been waiting to see a doctor after suffering a stroke and now needs medical attention for a cyst on his liver he's not eating and can't see a doctor till July, disgusting how ur treating patients.

    No more hanging on the telephone! I used the new online system and I was given an appointment the same morning. No waiting around at the surgery either; straight in to see a wonderful doctor who made an efficient diagnosis.

    spoke to 111 at the weekend who told me I need to speak with my GP as soon as possible, called on the following Monday morning to be left on hold for 2 hours, the line was then hung up (not by myself), I tried to call a further 3 times that day, pressed 1 for a call back but never received a call back, managed to speak to somebody and said i've been adviced to sort blood tests to be rudely told they don't do them here, I asked if they could help me sort them and they said 'just call back tomorrow morning' fine, called back tuesday had a really helpful receptionist who told me she can see on my report I need a full blood count and she would call me back, never called me back so i called again on wednesday, to be met on the phone to a different receptionist who began the phonecall laughing and then bluntly saying 'hello.' to be told she can not help me as the surgery do not do blood test, she then mumbled down the phone I have an appointment in person on Friday at Holycroft surgery to which I replied 'you've just said you don't do blood tests there though so am I definitely getting a blood test' to which she replied 'well it says here blood tests. 8.30 on friday so yes. we do blood tests if the doctor requests' Came to my 'appointment' on the friday morning to be told its not an in person appointment like the receptionist had told me and it was actually by phone to complete a blood request form Absolute joke, I have been passed from pillar to post and messed around by the lack of care the receptionists clearly have for their job, closed for staff training on the Tuesday which clearly was not very effective!
