I presented for a review of my IBS concerns and the doctor was very professional and interested. He also kindly checked another concern I have and this has led quickly to an X-Ray appointment tomorrow. I am most grateful for this level of service and support.

We came yesterday (3rd August) for my daughters preschool vaccinations. We had prepared her for this beforehand but she was still nervous. She was made to feel like a proper grown up once we went in, being explained everything in a way that made sense for a toddler but also in a way that I assume made her feel in control and knowledgeable about what was going to happen. She was even given the option of which arm the jabs were to go in! She felt very brave afterwards, and was clearly not traumatised too much as she was able to remember the colour of the ladies hair once we were sat in the waiting room! Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for her - luckily she can now go 9 years before her next set of vaccinations but it’s good to know she will hopefully have nothing but a rather calm memory to recall. Next up, the 8 week vaccinations for my son. I can’t imagine that will go down so well!

Haven't been to the surgery for quite some time and was pleased with my visit, receptionist was pleasant and the Doctor was friendly and professional.

Needed to adjust medication. Filled in online form, bit of a faff, but OK. Received call back within a few hours and New prescription sent to pharmacy that day. I love online service saves time when you work.

The Dr was very good he explained his diagnosis very clearly and is following up my problem ihad a home visit from the surgery and was very pleased

Thoroughly professional, reassuring and highly experienced team. Appointment timely and surgery cleaned to a good standard. Extremely busy practice but given individual bespoke medical attention. Thank you.

Got an appointment with the Dr that I wanted to see, didn't have to wait long. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Dr was excellent as usual, I came out with answers and possibly solutions.

I filled in the online form which resulted in a face to face appointment with a GP - amazing. I only saw a medical student - no problem here at all as he triaged very well- but I never actually saw the doctor. I needed someone to see something that had got bigger and painful recently but this didn’t happen. I understand everyone has to learn and I have no problem with this but I would have liked to have seen the doctor quickly. I work with dental students and they triage etc. but it’s always double checked by a qualified tutor. Whilst I appreciate its not life threatening some guidance would have been reassuring??

I had a mental health incident in late May and was seriously considering suicide. The help, support, treatment & care I have received from Homewell & Mind has simply put saved my life. We've tried 2 types of medication as the first wasn't working, I've had 5 face to face sessions with a Mind colleague & I'm awaiting my italk cbt counselling sessions to start. I am on the journey of recovery but homewell have not only been there every step of the way but also reassured me that they will be there with me in the future whenever I need them. Cannot praise high enough - I'm still here because of them.
