The doctor who saw my daughter was very attentive, reassuring and explained the next steps we will follow with my daughters reoccurring qater infections. Very calm and friendly with children making my daughter feel at ease whilst seeing the doctor as she was very nervous

Easy to use Web page and appointment easy to arrange via friendly staff. Doctor experience excellent. Took time to listen and explained everything.

I saw the physio regarding pain in hip/ leg . Examined and given exercises to do for 6 weeks. He followed up as promised and appointment booked for follow up.

The self check In at reception was straight forward. I was seen by the nurse on time. She explained which blood samples were required. The process was simple and carried out in a professional and friendly manner.

Doctor covered every Avenue and treated me with utmost respect and confidentiality. He even explained medication at length and his reasoning. I just remember thinking what a wonderful courteous and caring doctor as I left in satisfaction.

Couldn't access the online form, used the phone callback service. As always the receptionist was helpful and friendly and my child was seen later that day at a time fitting around my work. Doctor was really good with him, reassuring, thorough, friendly.

Received telephone call a couple of hours after submitting form online. The GP was attentive and professional. I felt she listened to my concern and devised a plan that I was happy with. I needed to book a blood test and the receptionist I spoke with was professional and courteous. She was able to book me in for a couple of days later. Very pleased, thank you.

The surgery has been great at calling myself and my husband for the various jabs for which we are eligible. We also value the reminders, and the very helpful and pleasant staff at the surgery. We feel very well cared for! Thank you.
