I unfortunately don’t know the name of the nurse I spoke to yesterday but she was so friendly , warm and welcoming. Knew exactly what she was doing and what she was talking about. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice about a concern I had with my current medication

Invited for flu and covid, and did pneumonia while I was there. Not too clear where to go. Had a timed appointment, but ended up at a drop-in. All good...

In and out with out a fuss. Well organised, very efficient. The text app helps book appointments, it also reminds you twice...a week before and day before.

The Pharmacist was so Understanding and Caring. He Took his time to Explain to me what it means for my Blood pressure to be High And the Need for me to Take my Medication in A Higher Dose as the 10mg Lisinopril was not Enough Enough to Bring it down…. i was asked to increase it to 15 mg and i Accepted….

Even tho my experience today was excellent it is still difficult to get an appointment when needed but the staff are always polite and helpful

I am pleased with the way and manner I was booked and attended to. The patient coordinator was very nice, and was able to book me in to a suitable time, the practitioner that examined me was fantastic.

Positives: reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Negatives: My appointment was for 10:16 exactly - I arrived 5 minutes earlier - I was not seen and given my Jab until gone 11:15. I queued up to get to the reception desk which took approximately 5 minutes (the queue was into the car park. When I got to the reception desk I was directed to one of 2 queues which were snaking around the whole of the waiting room and down into the corridor to the relevant surgery rooms. Whilst queuing everyone was crammed together especially in the corridor- I feel that this was a breeding ground for Covid or Flu. This process needs re-thinking - I don’t really mind the wait but as someone who is immune suppressed I was very uncomfortable standing so close to others - many of them displaying cold and flu symptoms!

Sat waiting for 40 minutes to be told what I’d gone in for I wasn’t having it done as I now could wait another 3 year to have it replaced they knew what I was going in for they could of rang me to say instead of me wasting my time and losing money having to have time off work and wasting an appointment which an ill person could of had. Can not understand why the NHS is losing so much money.
