    The nurse assisted with empathy.i was assisted in time and the nurse was keen to understand me .the only issue is getting an appointment

    I really needed to get an appointment because I had a bad stabbing feeling in my ears. My partner managed to obtain me an appointment for the same day which I feel fortunate to get. I saw a nurse practitioner called Kaz, who I've seen before with my ears. She was very friendly and welcoming also easy to talk to and had a good understanding of autism. The appointment wasn't long as my condition was easy to diagnose and I left with the appropriate medication and was asked to call up if there was no improvement with my ear infection after four days. If I do need to go back I hope I get to see Kaz again and would actually prefer to see a nurse practitioner over a GP personally. That's not a negative reflection upon GPS at the practice but it's just because in my experience nurse practitioners are very grounded and easier to talk to. A nurse practitioner called kaz

    Staff friendly so helpful and welcoming felt comfortable when having treatment done for heart , was asked if needed any more info there happy to give support especially when have a few health concerns best surgery been too glad never changed ..

    I needed help, called the surgery, spoke to an assistant, she was polite and professional., got me the help I needed, and, as it required me to see a nurse, gave me an appointment there and then. My problem was solved with no stress or difficulty.

    I missed my appointment by nearly an hour because I read the appointment time on my text message wrong. The nurse at the Mackworth surgery saw me even whilst it was her lunch break. I said I'd rebook but she was happy to do my blood pressure test. Appreciate her time and professionalism.

    Great experience while seeing the Nurse. Very friendly, efficient and put me at my ease. Easy to book in via the automated machine and appointment was on time. Thank you.
