Had a diabetic foot check, some problems were found and sorted with an appointment at foot clinic and treated within days. Solved a painful foot problem. Well done

I've been impressed with the new set-up, I was dreading ringing up to book an appointment this morning, as it's always been stressful trying to get an appointment. The online queuing system was seemless, even got an appointment!!! The Docter was very professional and tended to my issues professionally. I believe the surgery has turned a new leaf. I'd stopped going to the surgery for nearly 4 years, you simply couldn't get through. I have also requested online tests today, see how that pans out.
