    My appointment was on time. The nurse practitioner that saw me was lovely and friendly, but also very professional. She explained everything well and gave advice when I asked for it. 👍🏻

    I had an appointment with the Practice Nurse. She was really friendly and helpful. I generally find that once you've got through to a receptionist they do try and help. Parking is a bonus!

    Easy and friendly communication to make appointments..relatively short time of waiting..friendly and professional staff..clean place. It would just be better to make an option of getting appointments online to decrease the waiting time in queue in calls

    I was very pleased I got an appointment, however I was waiting for 20 minutes after my time with no apology for the wait , I felt very rushed when I was in the appointment, I wanted to ask some questions but again felt rushed

    Very good experience and positive visits. Recent visits to G.P. and telephone medication review went extremely well. Very thorough, informative and recommendations proposed to improve health issues.

    The appointment booking system now with callback option is very efficient and effective. Unfortunately having needed to see a GP/nurse more recently than in many years, I’m very happy to know that if needed I can usually get an appointment promptly. The staff at the practice I have had dealings with have all been very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

    I received my telephone appointment as had been requested by the surgery for the results of a MRI scan, the doctor rang at 9am and went through the details of the scan and then made me an appointment straight after with the physio at the doctor's which I thought was good and saved me having to ring the practice, this system is a very good and takes the stress off having to call the practice.
