    The day's appointment was full bit when the admin heard I was in pain, she booked me to come in in a few hours. The doctor was very patient and listened to and professionally diagnosed what seemed to be the issue. He also immediately gave a great pain killer that has helped a great deal. He also gave the telephone to book the X-ray which I'll be having in a few hours. I really appreciate your service. Thanks

    Nurse said couldn't help when I told her about my flushes + sore skin think from thyroid tablets being increased got to bother the doctor + waste an appointment all I wanted was to lower them couldn't be anything else thought a nurse could do that

    I had an appointment for with my GP and they were worst as just before 1 hour of appointment, they tried to call me to say my appointment is cancelled saying nurse car got broken. I asked to book another appointment and the person on call said she can't book the appointment and said she will ask the nurse team to contact me to book appointment. I have not yet received any call or email from that so called Nurse team to book the missed appointment due to their fault of not being present. This GP seems a fraud and must be investigated and closed at earliest.

    This doctors surgery is to be avoided. If it wasn’t for royal derby accident and emergency my son would be extremely ill. Was diagnosed wrong 3 times by 2 doctors. Something that should have been picked up by the gp he saw and he saw him twice. My son has been in so much pain for 3 and a half months which could have been easily avoided. Looking for a new practice. The paramedic I saw recently there though to pick up the medication was brilliant the only good thing about this doctors surgery. It takes an hour to get through to them aswell. I will be moving and taking it further.

    Because it was Monday it took 40 mins to get through but the receptionist was helpful gave me appointment same day . I seen doctor (a) who was patient with me and Listened to my concerns. He sorted my meds out .

    Horizon Healthcare provides an amazing service and care to its patient. I recently transferred from another GP because their service was poor and the doctors were dismissive. On my very first appointment to Horizon, the doctor listened, and order a blood test which revealed the source of my pain. I received the right prescription, which wasn't painkillers like my previous GP kept giving me.

    Can't tell for sure. Whether great or not. Appointment booking took me over 120 minutes for only a 30 second appointment that I went and was not given anything other than say go and buy carpol.

    The lady doing vaccination is so polite, humble and very nice. She do vaccine to my son and very kind to children. Best practice recommended 💯
