Cannot book an appointment keep ringing and line is busy. When eventually get through all operators busy call back. Been doing this since 8 and cannot get through. How can anyone get an appointment?

We understand the frustration caused by long wait times and high demand for our services. Firstly, we want to express our gratitude for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this period of increased demand. We are constantly monitoring our phone lines, and this morning alone, we handled over 365 calls out of 1200 attempts, indicating the significant demand for appointments. We're continuously striving to improve our appointment booking process to better serve our patients. In line with this, we've recently introduced an online triage tool for some acute issues, aiming to ease the strain on our phone lines and provide more accessible options for patients in need of urgent care. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're always open to suggestions on how we can further enhance our system. However, given the current high demand, we're doing our utmost to strike a balance between meeting the needs of our patients and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services. I booked a travel appointment with the nurse via telephone who never called me and proceeded to write on the system that they had been in contact with me. There was no communication with me about why a telephone call was never conducted and have failed to be in contact since.

The appointment was for my Annual Flu Vaccine. Arranged for the appointment to be had at the Humbleton Drive surgery, I was early but the Practice Nurse called me in immediately, I had my injection which was given with great care.

I had a virus and earrache. They examined me thoroughly and found I had an ear infection. They prescribed antibiotics to which I wasn't allergic. It cleared up quickly.

Managed to get an appointment !! The doctor I saw ! I said I had problems with my water works I had a water sample to my embarrassment she said elg put it in the sink I will check it later.. I was in icu the month later with sepsis ….

Following your visit, you were advised to schedule a follow-up review if your symptoms persisted or worsened. However, we have no record of any attempt made by you to book a follow-up appointment. Given the timeline provided, it seems that your hospital admission (08/08/23) occurred approximately two months after the treatment you received from us. While we understand the seriousness of your subsequent health issues, it's important to note that your admission took place well after the initial treatment, and we were not made aware of any ongoing symptoms or concerns during that time. Although it took a while to get through to reception to book an appointment, once I was through the person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and was able to book me in for an appointment that day. I then saw a very friendly and professional doctor who sorted me out there and then
