I went to see my nurse at the surgery today to get my INR check and once again the nurse was professional and very understanding in her approach to my problems, my INR has always been a problem to keep to a even level but my nurse now has an understanding with my issues and with a few minor adjustments she always seems to get it back on track,I also mentioned a few other worries that I have with my health and again my nurse went above and beyond to answer my questions and put me at ease ( I wish I could name the nurse but am not allowed due to NHS policy) I personally think that when dealing with a patient with a few issues it is so reassuring when your nurse understands and listen’s, which mine does and I could not be happier with the treatment that I receive on every visit. Keep up the good work and thank you.

We as family have been with this surgery for over fifty years and sadly recent experiences haven’t been great I’d booked an appointment early August and to my surprise got one for the next working day.From that several tests were needed When the test results arrived I tried to book a consultation (phone would be acceptable) and was told the earliest would be 1 day short of a calendar month away. My concern is that I had genuine reasons for my initial appointment and my problem is still persists Clearly it’s not life threatening but am I wrong to expect something slightly better I read all comments online from the surgery but no mention of when things might improve

Total non caring attitude . No consideration if working and actually want to book , told call from 8 am next day fine if not working but can't afford to wait on there convenience and lose wages reception staff rude and unhelpfully.

Dear A Martin Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you have felt the need to write this but rest assured we take all feedback seriously. The practice has gone through a massive change in terms of improving access. If you were asked to call back back at 8 am , i would say this was perfectly reasonable request as our call waits times have reduced significantly. I am aware that in the past you may have had to wait for over an hour but please take the advice of the receptionists. Also if you are working you can use e-consult on our website ot out of hours on 111 If you would like to discuss this further please pop in and ask for scheduled call back from the practice management Kind Regards Horsmans place

I had minor surgery carried out by the doctor. Both the doctor and the nurse in attendance, clearly explained what would happen and how to look after my wounds. They were both caring and efficient.

The doctors are very busy, but they are helpful and listen carefully to any problem. If necessary, they send the patient to a specialist. The nurse is very kind and responsive.

The nurse practitioner was very thorough and explained all aspects. She also called me by phone a few days later to explain I needed a different antibiotic as the result of the swab she took for analysis had been received. I must say fortunately I don't need to visit the practice very often but this was the first time for a long time that I have felt so assured, in both the diagnosis and treatment being given. Also very refreshing to know how thorough and professional the nurse practitioner carried out the examination.

I have tried to contact the surgery many times with no joy, having to give up after an hour or more hanging on. Finally got through to be told no appointments available. Explained lump under arm getting bigger and need it looked at. Told to try on line booking. I am 81years old but still tried on line booking with the help of my daughter. Surprisingly no appointments. What do I have to do to get help?
