I messaged the surgery to explain my mother who relies on pain killers had ran out of her medication. Could she either have her repeat prescription or a pain management review. The next day they texted an appointment to her for 2 weeks time with no prescription. This suggests they’re happy for a disabled, elderly lady to be in excruciating pain for a fortnight? Is this normal? Because it’s not ok.

I have been trying multiple times across several days trying to get an appointment time booked via the online form on the website and the application but the form closes very early on in the day. I visited the GP practice yesterday, hoping that the receptionist will be able to book an appt time with me. She was very unhelpful and said I have to fill the online form in. However, I have seen her giving appointment time slots to another patient in front of me to pick from. I tried again over the next few mornings to fill in the form but the error message of 'practice not accepting any more new forms' appears. The message states to call the GP receptionist to fill the form in. I spoke to Receptionist k who is extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I felt fobbed off, asking me to fill in the form, saying that it isn't difficult to get a GP appointment. To try everyday at 8am, otherwise to call receptionist. I think this is ridiculous and fobbed off once again, the whole point of me calling the receptionist was because I was struggling to get the form filled in.

I filled in a medical request form yesterday. Received a call from surgery that I missed at 18.18 just before closing and by the time I called back 5 minutes later surgery was closed. Then the next day ( today) I Received I message to say the surgery has been trying to reach me today. This was a lie as my phone has been on my side as I waited all day for a phone call. I rang back to be told that a doctor tried to call me. My phone did not ring at all. No message! Just a message to say surgery tried to ring me. I question the doctors integrity for lying that they tried to call me. I am not happy as I do not have another day off this week to sit waiting for a call. Very unhappy by this

I had a leg ulcer, that wouldnt heal, the nurses there helped me to get it back to normal. i cant thank them enough. they did a great job. took care of me with professionalism

I received a text advising a GP wanted a telephone review with me regarding an ongoing health issue. I was given a date but no time. I work full time, so I need to know a time. On calling I was given the answer "It could be anytime from 8am. We do not give out times for telephone appointments. The doctor will try and call twice". This is really bad service. What happened to patient confidentiality? Anyone could be around when I get the call. Or I could be in a meeting and would not have my phone switched on. The service with this GP practice gets worse.

This GP Practice is worst in Operations after Covid-19. No appointment will be given if we ring to the GP Practice after 9 am. Most annoying Telephonic Appointment System. A normal waiting time in the telephone call queue is minimum 1 hr and maximum 2 hrs to speak to the reception for appointment. Receptionist don't care for patients. They don't prioritise the appointment even if its for children.

after a call made in november 2022 with a chest infection, i was refused to be seen and was told id be okay in a few weeks…. 9 weeks later, im still coughing?? made a call to the practice, was told all appointments were taken, all doctors call backs were full and to call back in at 8am the next morning…. baring in mind i called in at 8am and waited 40 minutes to speak to someone?? the receptionist i spoke to was rude and wasn’t interested in my concerns. my name and DOB was never taken so the call wasn’t recorded on my records. We’re told to be patient and polite with staff but how are you supposed to maintain that when you cannot get an appointment to see your doctor? i made a call to 111 and magically they managed to get me a doctors call back for the same day. i’ll be looking to change doctors as this service unbelievable, they’re quick on your case when they want you for something, but when we need them we’re all turned away.

Since October I've only seen a gp a few times.. Serve problems been hospitalised twice in January of 2024, call they say to go to a&e yet the ward i was on states to call your gp? As its good for your regular gp to be involved in your treatment.. Yet when i call to explain the receptionist are nice and have a policy to follow? But the on the day appointments needs looking at. I can not keep presenting in too the hospital like i am. I called to ask for my gastro referral to be made urgent as I'm on a routine pathway like the ward i was on told me to do so. The receptionist said it was done? Chased my gastrointestinal referral to get told i was still on a routine pathway? To call my gp and explain to the receptionist i do not need an appt but can the referral please be made urgent? Yet they do not seem to do anything? I feel neglected and ignored. Not the staffs fault. Just the practices policy maybe needs to be looked at?

I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks it’s impossible to I call at 8 the automated service says can’t complete the call to make booking try again later this is every day. I called around 10 got through but was told I have to call back how do people even get into this place to see a doctor. This is terrible and unfair I’m requesting to change from hucknall road to somewhere I can at least be seen

Still on the phone this is the 17 call go all through the message on the phone only to be told at the end “ sorry your call cannot be completed at present. This is so wrong and you ask us to stay polite which I always will be but I can understand when people get frustrated I am in pain but no one wonts to know Mrs s marriott
