Went to the gp twice this week told me it was viral, yesterday we ended up in A&E which told us he had infected tonsillitis and needs antibiotics. My son has not ate for three days which i told the gp on arrival but no care at all!!!!!!!!!

I saw a doctor yesterday for a on going issue. The doctor was fantastic. Was really thorough, was happy to answer any questions i had and made me feel comfortable.

I popped in for an appt & spoke to the receptionist about booking in to see the doctor, she completed online triage for me & I was actually seem writhing 20 mins of my 1st appt as an emergency case. Very impressed with how quickly the receptionist and doctor was on it

Yesterday I seen a doctor at cheadle hulme within minutes he found a problem ,he had an ambulance at the surgery and I was in wythenshaw hospital in 15 min I can't thank the receptionist staff and the super efficient doctors enough your a credit to your profession and the NHS

I did wait 25 minutes to see The doctor but I do understand that it must be difficult to keep to patients appointments. However The doctor was excellent in every way And I hope I can easily contact him in the future if have any cancer worries which I feel sure will occur. He gave me extra time and was very helpful and understood my problems. Thank you to all of you.

Had sat down in Reception, taken my phone out…and was called for blood test immediately. The nurse gave me lots of time. Only problem; the blood test was primarily for hba1c & can’t get that result!

As a mum of a child with several medical conditions, I don’t always find the ‘admin side ’ of my role very easy. Today I was faced with a problem through no fault of my own. I contacted the Hulme Hall Medical Group and got through to a lady at the Handforth Surgery. Due to the nature of the query we had a few telephone conversations throughout the day. I feel like she did everything in her power to help me, she really was amazing. I was feeling a little stressed but after speaking to her I felt such a sense of relief and gratitude towards her! The problem is now resolved after her advice, help and guidance. Thank you
