    I found my appointment to be very helpful and constructive it put my mind at rest and the physio assured me I could come back in the future if my problem persisted , overall an excellent experience

    I did wait 25 minutes to see The doctor but I do understand that it must be difficult to keep to patients appointments. However The doctor was excellent in every way And I hope I can easily contact him in the future if have any cancer worries which I feel sure will occur. He gave me extra time and was very helpful and understood my problems. Thank you to all of you.

    Had sat down in Reception, taken my phone out…and was called for blood test immediately. The nurse gave me lots of time. Only problem; the blood test was primarily for hba1c & can’t get that result!

    As a mum of a child with several medical conditions, I don’t always find the ‘admin side ’ of my role very easy. Today I was faced with a problem through no fault of my own. I contacted the Hulme Hall Medical Group and got through to a lady at the Handforth Surgery. Due to the nature of the query we had a few telephone conversations throughout the day. I feel like she did everything in her power to help me, she really was amazing. I was feeling a little stressed but after speaking to her I felt such a sense of relief and gratitude towards her! The problem is now resolved after her advice, help and guidance. Thank you

    My daughter had been ill so I put in an online request with all the details and had a callback and appointment within an hour. Really lovely doctor saw her and was so good with her. Fantastic experience as always.

    I’ve been meaning to write this review since the last time I saw Dr D which was in February at my postnatal check! She really is a fantastic doctor who listens and swiftly deals with any problems you have. Nothing seems like too much trouble, especially when it comes to sorting out/ organising my repeat prescription! A couple of times when I have put in an online form describing a medical problem, she has picked it up and quickly asked me to come in and assess. Really positive experiences all round. Thank you!

    Hulme hall medical group are fantastic nice friendly doctors, ultra quick reply to on line form and quick appointments. I can’t regard them highly enough if I’m being honest and doctors and receptionist have a sense of humour ie: Human. Results are followed up in record quick time as well. My urine test came back ultra fast with some blood in it a day after I dropped it off, amazing. I just wish more people had a Hulme Hall Medical group that they could go to.     Prescription sent to Wells Pharmacy Friday afternoon. Not ready for collection til Tuesday afternoon!!! I could have died by then!!! Why does the practice and the doctors not know prescription are sent to their "hub" first hence the delay??!!

While prescriptions are sent electronically, there can occasionally be processing delays at the pharmacy, which may have contributed to the issue in this case.
