    Good practice with great staff however the new WhatsApp feature is not helpful in the slightest. I used this to renew my prescriptions and got a reply 3 days later saying “this is acute medication” with no prescriptions.

    I requested a face to face appointment and was seen in afternoon . Dr was very helpful in explaining my aura migraine and was very thorough and helpful in advice

    Nurse was polite and gave me almost a hour for a half hour appointment despite me being fifteen minutes late. However there needs to be a sign at reception to say go straight upstairs rather than wait at reception to book in. I know now.

    They have a new service to contact them and book an appointment through whatsapp - this was a much much better experience than having to wait in a phone queue first thing in the morning. The service was excellent

    Used the what's app Doctaly Assist platform and found it very easy to use. Able to book a doctors appointment through this channel rather than having to wait ages in the telephone queue after 8am. Really pleased I was able to book an appointment this way. Will definitely be using this channel again not just for appointments but for advice, to book smear tests, ask for blood tests etc. Great addition to the service

    Cannot praise the doctor enough. She listens to your particular problem, and carries out diagnoses with compassion, respect and reassurance. She is genuinely interested in you as a patient and a person. Fantastic service!
