I have seen the same Doctor for most of my teenage/adult life and have found them to be very considerate. They let you explain and not cut you off with their “diagnosis”. This Doctor explains everything in layman terms so you understand and not leave wondering what is wrong.

Great experience with my gp. They were kind, knowledgeable, professional and supportive. Really great Dr and good customer service from the practice.

Excellent doctor who gives a very fine service which is friendly , caring and practical. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I have had an excellent service today at the practice. I messaged on the new computer system as I felt unwell, I was called back,came down to see the Doctor and received a brilliant service.This is a fantastic practice that really listens to its patients and works very hard for them Thankyou.

I would not go anywhere else.some doctors .are more helpful than other.i have never been rushed when talking to a doctor.or nurse.never had a bad experience

Attended for an appointment with a Dr and 2 Nurses for a routine procedure. They were all so kind and patient with me, and very supportive through the procedure. I can't thank them enough

Excellent response with a health issue identified at my annual health review; within 30 mins I had GP call and antibiotics prescription sent. Follow up GP calls and practice pharmacist consultation re ongoing health issues promptly addressed. I am very impressed with the response, courtesy, treatment and follow up.

Very thankful for today with the changes and a prescription issued I was able to use the chat function to get directly to him to call me as there was an issue with prescription and the landline was ringing out for 16mins at 5:30 he stayed in the phone until it was sorted. So the gp in question was amazing but trying to get intouch with an emergency prescription issue and nobody answering the phone isn’t ideal I understand it’s difficult and think the booking system is great as can add photos but someone needs to be available for other issues I don’t know what i would of done if I didn’t have the respond link
