    Tried on line for 4 days, all appointments of any kind have been suspended. Tried ringing, the receptionist could not be more uninterested. I ask how to make an appointment because online was impossible. I was asked to self diagnose, when I pointed out I had no medical training so I could only describe my symptoms, she told me ring 111 or go to the hospital as they were closing early ! What exactly do they do here if they are not prepared to help people and just advise to go elsewhere ?

These comments somewhat concern me as this is not the level of service Inspire Health strives to provide our patients. I do wonder if there is more to this matter however I am unable to look into this currently as no details have been provided. If you would like us to look into this matter further, please do get in touch by contacting the surgery or by heading to the Inspire Health website and completing either a feedback form or complaint form which can be found under the 'contact us' section. I wonder if on this occasion, the appointment capacity had been reached for the day and therefore we would have been unable to provide an appointment. If this was the case, then providing a patient with another form of appropriate care is imperative. I am pleased to hear that the receptionist you spoke with did advise that contacting 111 and ensured you were provided an option. Warm regards, Inspire Health Management Team

    I received a quick appointment after using the online service, after being extremely worried about a medical problem. The medic who saw me immediately requested a scan & blood tests, really excellent service. It is much appreciated.

    Did an online questionnaire telling dr of my symptoms and got an appointment that morning. Seen someone at surgery and they checked me over, been given antibiotics and was told if thing’s get worse to call back and make another appointment. Sent my prescription to my chosen pharmacy and picked up item straight after I was done in the surgery. Find this a good surgery

    I’ve seen lots of changes, not just a much improved building, over the last eight years and it all makes for a better treatment. The new system for booking appointments is excellent, that we can look up our own health records, We patients have always been kept informed. The reception staff are always as helpful as possible.

    Appointment with the nurse practitioner was great. Very friendly, thorough and explained all issues clearly and the appropriate treatment. Understood my concerns as I have multiple health issues to contend with. Absolutely top drawer.

    I can get migraines and need to take migraleve but can’t take to United States unless prescribed. I usually manage by avoiding triggers but migraleve is essential if aura starts. I usually buy it over the counter to save doctor needing to be involved. I requested a prescription for travelling snd it was done within three hours and dispensed tonight. I thought it might take weeks or that I might have to go private so I’m hugtt et my grateful for brilliant response by surgery.

    Quick response from surgery after submitting my online request for health care assistance. Doctor clearly explained to me - by phone - what my medical condition was and has prescribed appropriate medication and how to administer it. Very helpful and courteous conversation.

    We are treated like cattle. "Go online at 0730" to make an appointment. Can't get through and then eventually it closes because of "capacity". Phone to be told "everything is full" and no, you can't book an advance appointment. If this was to operate in the 'real' world, the business would have closed years ago. People are becoming seriously ill because of disappearing GP care.
