Today I used the online booking form to request an appointment .I found the process really straight forward and expected to hear within a few days .Within a couple of hours i had a phone call to ask if I could attend later this morning.I was free so attended .I saw Janice who listened to my concerns and has referred me for an x-ray.I would like to rate the whole experience as excellent ,I could not have wanted anything more ,I expected to get an appointment within a few weeks but instead have been seen straight away .

Just like to say how much easier it is to make an appointment with the new online booking service. It only took a few minutes to request an appointment and it was easy and straight forward and so much better than having a lengthy wait in a telephone queue. Within a short time I received a text with an appointment. I cannot praise it enough ... its such a huge improvement so well done to the people involved. This practice always provides excellent care from GPs and reception staff and I cannot praise it enough. Well done Hasland Medical.

I feel very lucky to have had this service available to me when I really needed it. I contacted the practice on the advice of the out of hours doctor, and was seen promptly by both the nurse and the GP. They considered all the possible causes of my problem and referred me for tests. Everyone I spoke to was considerate and explained things clearly. Thank you.

Although I could not get onto the online booking system at first, the following day I did manage to complete and submit the request form. I had a phone call within the hour for an appointment and hour or so later. My problem was diagnosed quickly with medication and treatment given immediately.

I completed the online triage form at 7:50 this morning and received a phone call back at 9:10am offering me an appointment that day. The service was quick, efficient and the person who rang me friendly and helpful

I have had several health issues of late unfortunately but all treated very promptly the same day and with empathy . I find the new system online is brilliant and helps me to manage my chronic health condition as well as still work. Thank you to you all for your kindness you are truly appreciated

Doctor rang me to inform me they wanted to take me off some tablets and put me on another left me a message then rang me back after the weekend to tell me which tablets to drop and why they were doing that
