    Had a service provided by a doctor and their assistant … they were both amazing made me feel very comfortable and welcome would definitely recommend

    I came to have my smear test done and everything was explained so well by the nurse, the procedure was carried out in a professional manner and made me feel very at ease. The nurse allowed me time to ask questions and took the time to explain in detail. Very friendly, polite and professional

    After a couple of weeks of appointments to treat my diabetes, high blood pressure & a painful infection, the changes to my medication removing & adding has been amazing. My blood pressure has come down to a normal level. My infection cleared & the new medication has caused slight weight loss & brought down my sugar levels. Great Doctor, great results.

    Practise nurse called me within 12hrs of me completing my online form for travel vaccines. She was friendly & kind on the phone & ran through what I needed. She has booked me in well in advance for my appointment & now I can look forward to my holiday! Thank you!

    Been suffering with nerve pain and shingles rang doctors on Wednesday 22nd to be told no appointments and to go to pharmacy which I did for them to tell me to get GP appointment because I might have nerve damage because of my age so tried again today 24th to get appointment to be told there are none only to receive an email to go to another pharmacy just wasting my time and leaving me suffering in severe pain shambolic

    Have asked for a call back from the doctor but no response eventually call back and told to see physio who was on holiday so put another call back request called back to say have tablets and wait for physio Asked by surgery to fill in a satisfaction survey which I have done but still waiting for a response but guess what will never happen Would never recommend this surgery to anyone have not enough doctors and rude front desk staff

    I attended today following a telephone consultation to discuss routine blood test results .The Doctor was excellent; he explained clearly and has referred me to hospital for further investigation. The process of following up tests has involved several different staff and all have been prompt and very professional. It has been easy to access further action and support from Iridium, most of which I have done online through the NHS App.

    The previously working online repeat prescriptions service for the 3rd time now responded 'cannot access repeat prescriptions' I have been assured this would be sorted 2x - Using the practices text base support service today - its still not working and . I have now waited for a week for the prescription to get to the pharmacy. I have a similar experience trying to get my medical notes online - tried about 4-5 times and it never worked.
