Our small family GP surgery was merged into Iridium several years ago and it's just been a constat stream of frustration & poor treatment. You never see the same doctor twice so when your suffering long term problems your constantly having to explain everything from the beginning and often get given a completely different diagnosis from each person you see even though you are describing the same symptoms. And after been admitted to A&E by problem ended up been none of the things any of the 5-6 doctors I had seen at Iridium had said it was and as it turned out i'd also been perscribed tablets that made things worse for me and which shouldn't have even been prescribed for the thing that doctor said he felt it was. I've also come to find out that they have 2 sets of medical records for me at the surgery and that neither are complete and that some of the notes made by doctors i've seen have not even been done correctly & missed out big chunks of symptoms I had described to them during the consultations. It's also often difficult to even get in touch with them. I've been waiting on the phone for over an hour today trying to get in touch with the nurse. And this is a regular problem. It's just an awful practice, The worst i've ever been with in the 46 years i've been alive and i'm currently in the process of transferring to a smaller one thats been recommended by my wife's brother who also left Iridium about 2 years ago due to having similar complaints. Goodbye & good riddence!

The service I received from the nurse was excellent . They did a quick check up . And cancelled an appointment that I didn't require.

The nurse was understanding and very good. I felt at ease at my appointment and it wasn’t rushed. Really lovely nurse. Need a few more like this.

Had a service provided by a doctor and their assistant … they were both amazing made me feel very comfortable and welcome would definitely recommend

The doctor was friendly and went all out to provide the necessary medical attention Infact, I took my daughter there and I just added to the doctor that my tongue has thrush as stated by the previous doctor and I was unable to get the prescribed medication, this doctor recommended another medication which worked for the thrush and pain.

I attended the practicee see for blood tests and diabetes check up. I was treated kindly and with respect. The appointment was completed satisfactorily and quickly.

One of the lovely ladies who helps me to book my appointments has recently informed me of smear results. She was very informative and helped to put my mind at ease. Would be more than happy to speak to her about any future appointments

I came to have my smear test done and everything was explained so well by the nurse, the procedure was carried out in a professional manner and made me feel very at ease. The nurse allowed me time to ask questions and took the time to explain in detail. Very friendly, polite and professional

After a couple of weeks of appointments to treat my diabetes, high blood pressure & a painful infection, the changes to my medication removing & adding has been amazing. My blood pressure has come down to a normal level. My infection cleared & the new medication has caused slight weight loss & brought down my sugar levels. Great Doctor, great results.
