    I rang the surgery at 8 am for an appointment, got it booked for 11 am, went to the surgery, only to be told no appointment had been booked! Receptionist asked me who I spoke to, does anyone ask that question when ringing for an appointment? Disgraceful service. They have a nurse who is not very sympathetic either.

    I have been for asthma review in this surgery. The nurse was really great.well behaved, professional,competent. Really appreciated her behaviour.

    I am trying to get the blood test results since last 4 months. They lost the one that was done in November, did another in February and the failed to give me the results. One staff says its normal and other one says its not. It's been five days I am trying to get the correct result but today I decided to give up as they really don't care about anyone's health.

    I don’t understand why we book an appointment to this go because even you have a certain hour for your appointment you have to wait extra an hour. That’s what happened to me right now. My appointment should be at 11:45 and now is 12:22 and I am still waiting. That’s ridiculous

    Very good practice with excellent staff. Medical issues and needs are seen and addressed promptly. Doctors are wonderful, kind, considerate, with an holistic approach. Receptionists are also prompt and helpful

    Had my dressing checked after a knee replacement, the nurse couldn't have been nicer or kinder, there was a student present and I was asked if I was okay with her being present can not recommend highly enough

    Had appt for Ecg/ blood tests. Felt quite anxious as entered room, however, felt relaxed due to member of staffs very good patient management skills. Was also offered a flu vaccination which I also had done. Extremely pleased.

    I love the fact that you can ring in the morning and get a same day appointment either face to face or telephone, it’s your choice. All the staff are kind, helpful and caring and I feel well looked after and confident that my health is in good hands.
