Through no fault of my own I find myself housebound and as such I am receiving first class home visits from dedicated, friendly and efficient staff who have lifted my spirits and proven to be extremely effective. This service is very appreciated by myself.

Thank you so much for being so attentive, caring, for going above and beyond your call of duty to book me in for my overdue annual checks when I came in for my COVID injection. I truly appreciate your time and I think I have found my favourite nurse! We need more people like you! You are amazing at what you do! Thank you! :) I hope you remain permanently at the practice!

Telephone bookings for today were all blank this afternoon when it was booked yesterday however the doctor still hasn't called - It's over 2 hours past the appointment time. The front desk staff weren't accommodating and rude - 'you're on the list just wait'. Will be looking to switch away from this practice and do not recommend it to anyone.

I visited my GP today regarding my health today, the doctor I seen was a very humble, polite, down to earth and very caring & friendly. He did all health checks required and figured out the illness, he gave me the right advise required and gave me reassurance that my health will improve as I’ve been really worried and stressed as I’ve been unwell for the past week and a half, this doctor who I’ve never seen my self before looked very experienced and professional, great service and performance and most recommended by me, a five star rating and review by me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m glad to be a patient of this practice and under the care of the professional doctors and nurses here, thank you & keep up the brilliant service and work, 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Before Covid it was a struggle to get through to reception over the phone so I always gave up after a hour. Recently, my appointments have been much easier to book, although they have had to be rearranged, it's been easy to sort out. The reception workers and medical staff have been very professional, friendly and welcoming

Excellent service received Email sent to surgery for an electronic prescription for an item required by medical dispensing provider Prescription Team issued prescription same day and the items are being sent tomorrow Also received 5th covid injection and flu injection a week ago and again a very well organised system So thank you to all the Doctors, Prescription Team and staff members at the surgery your help is much appreciated

I used the primary care service frequently in September to December 2022 for mental health issues. I was quite mentally poorly and challenging for the service. At all times they were helpful, compassionate and supportive. It was a time of crisis for me and I needed quite a lot of support. I was always treated with kindness and professionalism. My family use the service and have had excellent service. Thank you for your service and your kindness.

Excellent doctor who put my daughter at ease and gave great advice. Although the doctors were excellent, the wait for our appointment was a little disappointing, but moreover it was a good service

We visited out GP today regarding my wife’s blood results, the doctor we seen today was very friendly and welcoming, she was very professional and caring at her job, she clearly explained the results with clear instructions on how to maintain the health issues, she explained in a language my wife understood, my wife felt very comfortable and happy with the service provided, great and fantastic service with very experienced doctors on board, keep up the outstanding work.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🌹

Called at short notice to make an appointment, waited in a telephone queue where I was advised what number i was. Was able to make an appointment for the same day very easily. From calling at 8am I was able to see a doctor at 9:15!, Great service. My doctor was friendly, professional and really helpful.
