   Treated with care & respect and more importantly swiftly. Treatment in the surgery is too class, if there is one criticism it is the waiting time to answer the phone, it was 45 minutes.

   Dear Stephen Thank you for leaving this 5 star rating review, we are happy we to hear you have received a good service. we have listened to our patients and have since receiving this review installed a new telephony system and have seen a dramatic reduction in call waiting time, the system also has the option of a call back system all going towards providing a more positive patient experience Kind regards Michelle Island Health Management Team
