Called at 8am, same day appt booked. No problems at all. My son was seen by a wonderful doctor, who listened and gave new advice. He also called two days later, as we were going away, to ensure my son was ok.

As usual, my experience of the treatment I have received today is the same as it always is. I was listened to and made to feel involved with everything that needed to be arranged and asked if I was i happy with the suggested treatment. Also, did I have any worries about anything . Brilliant service.

I'm very happy with my GP, I had low iron and when I called, my gp gave me treatment right away and did a follow up.

I use e-consult online submission to get in touch with this surgery. It is a thorough form with question about your symptoms. At this surgery you will get a reply on the same day by phone. I also request all my refill prescription via an app and the surgery approves them on the following day. Overall it's a very efficient surgery.

Got a same day appointment, after waiting forever to get through on the phone (number 30 in the que!). Reception staff need better training, too much gatekeeping and no interest in patient wellbeing. GP wonderful. Appointment on time. Felt listened to, with eye contact - not glued to computer screen, and respected. GP could not have been more helpful and made series of referrals and prescriptions without me even having to ask. Excellent clinical staff. Poor reception staff.

The early morning telephone rush is a problem which you have highlighted, and we are looking at ways of reducing the telephone queue. One of these measures is the eConsult service, which is accessible from our website and open from 6:30 – 10:30 Monday to Friday. Regarding training for reception staff, this is an excellent suggestion, and we are exploring this. My son was seen quickly by the surgery, receiving a late afternoon call back within the hour, and an appointment the next morning. Both doctors were kind, informative and thorough - excellent care provided.

My wife and I usually one particular doctor and we are extremely happy with the care we have received from him. On the occasions when our usual doctor isn’t available, every other doctor we have seen have all been equally knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring, really listening and not rushing us out of the door. An excellent practice and would thoroughly recommend.

My request was answered within the day and the GP I spoke to was kind and understanding. They clearly outlined the next steps and offered treatment options that day.
