Good and effective service, quick response via online consultation. However, it was difficult to find option for online consultation on the website and the hours to submit request could have been longer. Respond from the practice was quick an efficient:

I want to tanks to the GP for my experience and very well done service and especially to the doctors for their care and very helpful and supportive. That day I was very stressed and depressed but the doctor was able to calm me down and help me through the situation I experienced.

The receptionists are helpful and kind. I am able to see my chosen doctor on request, which allows continuity. The doctors listen patiently, and take the necessary action to help me. I am very grateful to all of them

Filled in an e consult before Easter about a ongoing issue .no one has contacted me,phoned on Wednesday,told I was on the list for locum doctor to phone me and they would chase up. Still no response. Very disappointed.

I have been with this GP practice all of my life and they have always been there throughout all my ailments such as musculoskeletal conditions and chronic asthma , I have recently been diagnosed with disc degenerative disease and osteoarthritis in the lower spine and they have been supporting me with that for over 3 months with all the right medication and advice to help me stabilise this condition and prevent it from deteriorating anymore and it has helped me regain some control of my life and given me confidence to get back to some normality.

Lovely Dr on hearing my voice.came to reception and was most helpful. The system of waiting for an appointment is a bit of a drag: the waiting time is a bit annoying. I appreciate that the receptionists are dealing with clients at the desk.

One of the many things we love about our surgery, is how personable it is and the relationships we’ve been able to build with our patients. We are sorry for the waiting times and thank you for your patience and understanding. Our receptionists do a fantastic job of coordinating schedules, taking phone calls, talking to patients in the reception and several other duties; it is a challenging job, but they do a wonderful job! I was seen very fast as to my concern and then referred very quickly and was seen in two weeks of referral . Very helpful receptionists and Doctor .

I attended prior to having a hearing test. The GP I saw explained the process and conducted some tests, for example to make sure I had no ear wax. All well done and I quickly received an appointment for a full hearing test which I have had - excellent and now just waiting to get my hearing aids fitted in June 2024. Very pleased

I don’t go to the doctor much at all but when ve wanted to I have not had a problem getting an appointment I’ve been listened to, given time and offered practical relèvent info and follow up

The receptionist has been incredibly rude. They have a terrible system in place for booking appointments. First, I have had my appointments cancelled many times last minute. Second, I have been told to do an e-consult, once I do that, about a week later they say they'll have a doctor call me. They call me at random times without letting me know when to expect the call, so I have missed the call as I haven't been prepared for it (either at work, putting my baby to sleep as they call at 7:30pm at night!) and then they tell me that it's my fault I missed the call and that I have to start all over. This wastes the doctors time, my time, receptionists time as I keep having to call them to ask them to call me back. It's such a waste of everyones precious time and there should be a much better system in place. They can't expect people to just wait by their phones for the doctor to call at any time and then if they miss it there's no way to call back.
