I had an appointment with a Doctor (the name of which I am not allowed to put in the review!) and she was very thorough and caring. I saw her again the day after with my son and again she was thorough, caring and made a sensible decision with his treatment. She is just what a GP should be and just what the surgery needs

I saw a para medic recently for a check up And his care and attention to detail were excellent ….. the building and reception area is looking tories though and the floor railings need fixing…/but the standard of care of great ….can we get a new or renovated GP surgery ?

I don't normally feel compelled to write a review, however the level of care I've received from the practice nurse at the Kensington road surgery has been exceptional. She fully listened to my concerns, reacting with empathy, compassion and professionalism, nothing was too much, and the support i was given went above and beyond, I'm truly thankful to her and the lovely man on reception, who was extremely helpful. Always welcomed me with a smile and even remembered me each time I had to attend the surgery, such a refreshing change! Often at these places you can be just a number, just a measure of performance, however the practice nurse couldn't be further from that, she's a real star and an asset to Kensington road surgery and can’t thank her enough.

I saw the GP last week because of a knee problem which restricted my ability to walk. The doctors was very thorough in his examination and questioning, recommended an X-ray and typed the referral form while I was there. This enabled me to have an X-ray quite quickly. Once the doctor received the X-ray report he contacted me to say he was recommending an orthopaedic referral. That has now been done so I can now attend a hospital for treatment. Both the doctor and the surgery were very efficient and helpful throughout

I was amazed when the practice rang me to offer same day face to face appointments with the Dr following a conversation with reception the day before (saying none were available). The ratio of Drs to Patients I know is at an all time problem. And I got a phone call asking if I could come in at some time options (which I could!) and the medical concerns / prescription updates I’ve been meaning to request for over 6 months have all been sorted. Thank you so much!!

My recent visit to the surgery was calm and pleasant The staff were helpful and friendly. I only waited for a few minutes before being seen by a practitioner. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to new patients

I've seen a marked improvement in the surgery in the last couple of months or so. It had previously been very difficult to get an appointment and there would be painfully long queues to get through to a receptionist. This has changed and the receptionist staff are extremely helpful. In particular, a male member of staff on the reception team is an asset to the surgery.

Nice to see the surgery improving , even the outside is looking more cared for. New phone system is great , got through within 5 mins and got an apmt with the ANP who was lovely and took time to listen to me. Noticed some new receptionist recently but they are all polite and helpfull

My recent experience at this surgery has been very positive. Great support from both my GP and Pharmacist, caring, compassionate and proactive in supporting with my health concerns. Reception staff are efficient, helpful and polite. Many thanks for the support received.
