Review titled Brilliant Practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Never have any issues getting appointments for me and my children. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the nurses and Dr's are all brilliant! I had an appointment with a Nurse, she was bubbly and thorough and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Spent 35 minutes with her, she checked everything and talked me through what she wa doing and why.

Was seen with no issue had previous issues with health . Always put at ease. Not sure about seeing a physio that cannot really treat you and not provide any pain killers. Was able to call doctor and get an appointment with a doctor. Doctors at chase Ave always reassuring.

Review titled Very caring consultation
Rated 4 stars out of 5

The Doctor listened carefully to me as I described my symptoms and concerns. He was reassuring and explained clearly what I was suffering from, after eliminating other possible related problems and gave me some medication which he said should sort it out.

Review titled Great physio
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Serafina Molnar - Posted on 05 March 2025
I've recently been to the practice to see a physio. I would like to say how amazing and very knowledgeable he was. Within 24 hours I could sleep better with his instructions. He also sent out exercises when he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks so much. 😊

Review titled Shocking

My appointment was booked for 3.10pm. Got there at 3, signed in and came up showing my appointment was at 3.20. Not the time I was told but fine and that doctor was running 10 minutes late. She was talking to reception for a while and then went to the doctor in room 1 for a while too. She could see my child was getting agitated in her pushchair. When she came out of the other doctors room she looked at the other family and said won't be long. Around 3.45ish I was seen, just to be told nothing can be done due to not being in pain anymore. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and wasn't going to waste a and e as baby was still moving. The doctors would know from notes that the placenta is at the front. I did explain when I got similar pain with my daughter what they did. Doctors response was oh ok. And that was it. Said she can do an assessment but it will be fine. Also why would reception book this appointment knowing I'm not in the pain anymore as it was booked before the weekend so had time to go away. Either way, doctors could have suggested what I can do when in the pain again, but no. So next time I will have to waste a and e's time due to not being heard as a patient at this surgery in a vulnerable state. The pain then came back on as I was walking home, but not enough to go to a and e as I'm still able to do my day to day activities
