The physio doctor I saw was polite and very helpful. Nice bright waiting area. Sign in and reception desk accessable by wheelchairs users.

Handled with great care and compassion.All questions answered in language that I understood.Booking in machine good idea just in the wrong place as if there is a queue at reception blocks access to machine

I was called in for general health check. The nurse was very friendly and explained things clearly and was also able to help we with travel vaccines. I have always found the practice very efficient.

During the last few months I have had to attend the surgery and have seen in person by several of the different staff. My latest experience earlier this week was a visit to the in house physiotherapist. I received excellent advice.

I recently attended with one of the nursing team. I found them very friendly, and very informative. They wete happy to listen, and gave me great advice, and follow up appointments.

Empty waiting rooms. Seemed to be more doctors than patients. Arrived early was seen late but was given clear and precise information. I'm not a regular to this clinic it was just for a preliminary assessment.

I had a routine check with lyndsey the nurse for a check on my diabetes after routine blood tests , she was very my concerned regarding my blood results and concerns about my issues with my legs especiallybeing diabetic, she insisted that i see the doctors or practice nurse ASAP to help get me the right treatment, so will be seeing the nurse rachel in the next 24 hours,

I have had so many bad experiences with the receptionists at this GP surgery it's unreal. They are always rude, speaking to patients like we're an inconvenience or worse, a piece of dirt on their shoe. Multiple times I've overheard them gossiping and making disparaging comments about other patients or sometimes even about their own doctors!! Every time I visit, they never fail to make me feel unwelcome. Just last week, I had to wait at an empty reception desk for 10-15 minutes. When the receptionists eventually returned, they saw me waiting but walked back incredibly slowly, chatting casually with each other. Instead of attending to me, they continued their private conversation in another language while I stood there waiting even longer. There was no acknowledgment, no apology, just a blatant disregard for my time and presence. So, so rude! This behaviour is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the surgery. Patients deserve respect, not this level of dismissiveness and rudeness. It's not on!!
