No problem getting an appointment, but the person I saw was very difficult to understand. I ended up, to be polite, more or less guessing what he was asking me and hoping I didn’t give an irrelevant or stupid answer.

Recent experience at Chace Avenue was very positive. Good listener, empathetic, supportive. Agreeable course of treatment to resolve health issue. Very satisfied with service.

The diabetic review visit was both effective and worthwhile. The nurse answered all my questions while providing sound, practical advice. This is the first time we have met and it gives me confidence that I will be dealing with a such a highly trained and knowledgeable professional moving forward.

There is choice of 2 clinics not too far apart which means I was offered a choice of dates & Doctor depending on the clinic I chose. My appointment was only 10 mins late but worth the wait. Doctor was pleasant and friendly. Gave me plenty of time to discuss my problem and explain results of blood tests in an easy to understand manner. Overall a very good experience.

I was immediately welcomed by the Receptionist, she is kind and polite. I felt comfortable and safe in the building. She helped me check out my weight/BMI/blood pressure and I felt safe in her presence while doing so. The doctor I met was also very lovely. He treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and confident to share my worries. Thank you for all the kindness! I absolutely recommend this practice!

I am new to the area and this was my first visit. I have to say I was so pleased. It was just a visit with the nurse. She was so knowledgeable friendly and spent her time to explain things to me. I'm very happy 😊
