I was gutted to hear that my previous preferred GP had left but pleased that my replacement GP was also very good and seemed to have that same style of appearing to care about your well-being. I do think the reception staff could be a little more approachable in their manner.

I left a message for someone from the practice to get back to me as I had a few problems that I needed advise about and the sevice that I received was really good and very friendly. I received a phone call about my problems which I had a very nice conversation with the on duty paramedic about my concerns and problems and he arranged for my to go down to chase Ave practice and see him as the problems needed looking at properly to get the correct treatment. I was able to get a same day appointment which I attended. I was very pleased with the way I was treated. I felt I was listened to and treat with care and kindness and felt at ease aswell. I also understood what I was being told. I would definitely say that I was treated with respect and care.

The Doctor I saw was very understanding and offered as much support as they could. I do prefer to see the same Doctor all the time but it’s not always possible. The receptionist are helpful also.

After having an awful experience with one of the GP’s which has now caused me permanent anxiety, I have been seeing another GP who actually made me feel safe and like I was being listened to finally after so long. Has been so supportive and has really helped me gain the confidence and start taking the steps I need to put my mind at rest and start healing fully
