After having an awful experience with one of the GP’s which has now caused me permanent anxiety, I have been seeing another GP who actually made me feel safe and like I was being listened to finally after so long. Has been so supportive and has really helped me gain the confidence and start taking the steps I need to put my mind at rest and start healing fully

Doctor was great succinct helpful listened carefully arranged care.He read my records checked things examined me thoroughly talked about my previous history checked me out ie blood pressure and oxygen levels ,took my weight listened to my concerns.

I attended my GP surgery for a discharge appointment after a lengthy stay at a Mental Health Unit. I was extremely anxious about attending my appointment, but all the staff put me at ease from the receptionists to the Doctors. The Doctor spoke to me with Compassion and care, something that I wasn't used to in the mental health hospital. I can't thank the whole team enough for their help and would highly recommend the practise to anyone.

Had an appointment with the nurse. Warm friendly greeting. Helpful, administered my injection with the minimum amount of fuss and bother.

. I was well attended to. I was called in at the right time. The GP explained to me the importance and function of the medication I’m using having patiently listen to my complaints, he also told me some useful advice concerning my health

Having discussed my HRT treatment with my GP, I felt that they listened to my concerns. This led to us mutually agreeing changes to enhance my medication plan which left me feeling valued and reassured.

Receptionist pleasant. Booked my appointment for me. All seems to work fine. Gp was very nice too. She booked my follow up whilst I was with her saved going to reception and waiting.

Arrived early for appointment, was seen before appointment time. Dr was very pleasant and listened and recapped what I was saying. Came out feeling confident my issues were being addressed
